Every location's reviews,
in one place, fully analyzed.
RatingSentinel analyzes the Google reviews for every location you manage and turns them into operational detail: which themes customers raise most, where a location is improving, where it is slipping, and which specific issue is driving a change in the rating.
RatingSentinel is in development. This site is informational only — there is currently no account sign-up.

Reviews arrive one at a time, at one location, which is how they get read. That is fine for answering them and no use at all for seeing a pattern. RatingSentinel puts the whole portfolio on one screen: what customers are raising, which themes are moving and in which direction, how each location compares with the rest, and where a location's own pattern has changed enough to be worth a look.
Sample data from a fictional dental group. Nothing shown describes a real business.
What customers raise most, scored across every location, with the change against the previous period.
How closely each location's review pattern matches what its own history would predict. One of the six here is unusual enough to check.
Rating, volume, score and finding for every location you manage, ordered so that anything out of the ordinary surfaces first.
